All the latest updates are listed and there are alot of them, 14 updates in 3 weeks.
The picture quality in all galleries is very impressive to say the least. Average full size image is 1200x800 px~250kb. So as you can imagine very high quality pics and you can zoom right in on them without losing the sharpness of the images.
A couple of things to note is image loads in an html browser, no zips are available and the thumbnails are tiny66x88px. As I mentioned before, the full size images are of fantastic quality so this makes up for the tiny thumbs.
Having said that the navigation around galleries is fantastically easy. Every page contains the main links mentioned above and each gallery contains links back to its section. Very easy to navigate this site.
Phil-flash is full of a variety of content.

I really like this concept, being able to watch a live photo shoot. I was unable to watch one(none were taking place at the time of review)but would like to have a look, when they do take place.
 TIFFANY TEEN
Tiffany's WHOLE site here, pics, videos, bonus section, journal and wallpapers.
There are over 100 movies here upto 150meg in size and average around 90 meg a pop!
Again as with the photos, the movie quality is fantastic and I love the fact that they are upto 30 minutes long!
The unreleased footage of Tiffany's strip tease is 90meg and 30mins long and oh soo sexy. Definitlely a highlight of the site.
All promises made in the introduction are fulfilled and then some. The quality and layout of phil-flash.com is fantastic with the only two minor points I didn't like was the tiny thumbnails and lack of downloadable gallery zip files.
Also to note about all the galleries is that there is a small description of the gallrey/storyline for it. Gives a nice feel to the gallery sets. Interesting to note the statistics listed for the page on the join page. I would have to say that these stats would be right on the money after looking through the site.
